Amsterdamseweg

Ons huis op de Amsterdamseweg is een oud en prachtig pand, gebouwd in 1894, en het eerste SELA-pand ooit. Het heeft drie keukens, een gedeelde badkamer en 2 toiletten. Het ligt heel centraal, net buiten het stadscentrum maar met makkelijke toegang tot het station, een aantal supermarkten dicht in de buurt. Ook is het dichtbij het Sonsbeekpark, een prachtige plek voor allerhande recreatie.

Op dit moment zijn er plannen dit huis grondig te gaan verbouwen vanaf de zomer 2025. Mogelijk dat er tijdelijk plek is tot die tijd. 

Vanaf 2026 wordt hier een leefgemeenschap gevormd. Mocht je daar interesse in hebben, laat dat dan weten via het inschrijfformulier.

Our house on Amsterdamseweg is an old and beautiful property, built in 1894, and the first SELA property ever. It has three kitchens, a shared bathroom and 2 toilets. It is in a very central location, just outside the city centre but with easy access to the train station and a number of supermarkets close by. It is also close to Sonsbeekpark, a wonderful place for all kinds of recreation.

Currently, there are plans to thoroughly renovate this house from summer 2025. There may be temporary space until then.
